Alina Hayes is a WA based painter of still life and the natural environment. Alina feels intellectually and emotionally drawn to the process of crafting an objective and truthful representation of the real world based on her own scrupulous observations of life. Influences
I draw inspiration from my immediate environment. I take notice of all the fascinating shapes, colours and textures of the minerals, vegetation and the scenery around me. All this visual nourishment gets translated into my vibrant paintings.
