  • Artist’s Statement

    Meg Walters is an emerging artist based in Newcastle, NSW. She explores themes of nostalgia, belonging and transcience through varying mediums including painting, ceramics and photography.
    Growing up in Bermuda has imparted an inter-connectedness to her work, spanning time, countries and lives. She tells amalgamated stories through her highly narrative work.

  • Biography

    Meg Walters has studied at Chelsea College of Fine Art (London), Newcastle University and Byron School of Art. She has held five solo shows and multiple group shows throughout Australia and internationally.
