ONE SMALL VOICE
08 – 28 JULY 2022 | Public Opening Reception: 5-7 pm Friday 8th July
After the 2019 bushfires, Roxanne Lillis embarked upon a body of work that served as a form of cathartic release amongst the chaos of the aftermath. ‘One small voice’ serves as a diaristic response to her personal experience after the fires took everything, forcing her to rebuild her home and studio. Devastatingly not a unique situation for many in her community, Roxanne’s ‘One Small Voice’ is a call to action, an evocative series that hopes for change.
